Moment Group has an excellent career opportunity for an articulate, highly skilled Customer Service Representative within a growing Real Estate company.

Do you love building solid customer relationships? Then this position may be for you. This is a long-term permanent opportunity which starts the end of March


Responsibilities:


  • Receiving and placing telephone calls
  • Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
  • Adheres to security policies and maintains confidentiality of records and client information
  • Entering customer information into company database

Requirements:


Skills/Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Active problemsolver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
