Responsibilities:

As a Diploma Qualified Childcare Educator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
  • Assisting in the development of learning goals and documenting children's progress.
  • Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Collaborating with a team of educators to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Building positive relationships with children and their families.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:


  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Relevant experience in a childcare or early learning environment.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid Working with Children Check.
  • Be available for open and closes when required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
