Are you a motivated and reliable individual with a passion for organization and a keen eye for detail? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Storeperson in Wacol.

We are a leading steel workshop dedicated to delivering high-quality products, and we need a dependable team member to manage our inventory and ensure the smooth operation of our workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials. Conduct regular stock checks to monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.

Order Processing:
Process and fulfill orders in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability of materials for production.

Receiving and Inspection:
Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials for quality and quantity, and accurately record received items. Report any damaged or missing items promptly.

Organization and Cleanliness:
Keep the warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and safe. Implement proper storage methods to optimize space and facilitate easy access to materials.

Documentation:
Complete necessary paperwork, including packing slips, invoices, and delivery notes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all transactions.

Equipment Operation:
Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role, preferably in the steel industry.
Forklift ticket and experience operating forklifts.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
