Earlyhood Recruitment is thrilled to present a fantastic position at a privately owned and purpose-built early learning centre located Gladesville. With a cozy capacity of just 40 children per day, this is a unique chance to provide personalized care and education to a small group of eager learners.

About the Centre:

Capacity: 35 children per day

Age Group: 2-5 year-olds

Environment: Small, stunning, and purposebuilt facility
Ownership: Privately owned, ensuring a warm and nurturing atmosphere
Team: Join a supportive and experienced team of early childhood professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Nurture individual children's interests, abilities, and learning styles
Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Monitor and document children's progress and development
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates on children's achievements and challenges
Uphold the centre's policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education (ECT qualification)
Current First Aid and CPR certifications
Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC
