Description

Epoch Recruitment is seeking a Drilling Operations Manager on behalf of our globally recognized land-based drilling client.

This pivotal role can be based in Brisbane (Hybrid) or Toowoomba, QLD, and involves regular travel to both the project site and head offices.

Role Expectations:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project rig operations, contracts, and employee performance.
Uphold safety standards and government regulatory requirements.
Control costs and provide regular forecasts to the management team.
Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Complete daily reporting accurately and timely.

About You:

Over 10 years of leadership experience in the Oil & Gas Drilling Industry.
The ability to obtain an IWCF Well Control Supervisor Level 4 Certificate.
(preferred) Tertiary qualifications in Management, Engineering, or similar.
