Overview of the Team and role
The Legal Practice Management Team provides client focused practice management services and supports the Legal Group in the delivery of quality legal services with a focus on continuous improvement.
The team:
- develops and maintains governance processes and frameworks for the Legal Group,
- coordinates responses to requests on behalf of the Legal Group,
- generates and coordinates input to reports to support Comcare in meetings its internal and external reporting obligations,
- engages Legal Service Providers (LSPs) on behalf of Comcare, and
- leads cross Group projects and initiatives.
The team is also responsible for all legal practice management functions including but not limited to, organisational management, recruitment, business planning, financial management, risk management, data and reporting, and training.
In this role you will need to be flexible, resilient, and adaptable to enable you to manage changing priorities in high volume work environments.
