    The Professional Services Consulting division is tasked with delivering paid consulting services to clients by offering a comprehensive project solution to drive tangible business enhancements using company offerings, outlining opportunities/processes for outsourced solutions, systems integration, or other specialized tools.


    Responsibilities:
    • Carries out assigned technical tasks in line with project objectives set by the technical project leader
    • Supports the technical lead in conducting workshops and client Discovery sessions
    • Acquires the necessary technical knowledge and certifications to become proficient with the platforms needed for technical project delivery for client assignments
    • Assists in client scoping efforts as directed by the technical lead(s) and sales engineering teams

    Skills & Qualifications:
    • Effective communication skills for efficient understanding of customer issues and proposing solutions
    • Proficiency in technical areas such as: command line (preferably Unix), SQL, script development, software configuration, and other relevant technical competencies
    • Ability to build rapport with customers
    • Strong organizational skills and the capability to systematically gather requirements from customers
    • Software solution design abilities to identify and articulate how a problem can be resolved through custom development
    • Typically requires some background in undergraduate or technical college education
    • Software development skills for managing the full development process of a small software project (e.g., an integration component)
    This role does not qualify for visa or relocation assistance.

    While the role offers a hybrid/remote setup, preference will be given to candidates located close to the country's office for enhanced collaboration with our team.
