Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance officer to join our team.

As a finance officer specializing in accounts payable, you will be responsible for managing the payment of invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Key responsibilities:

Managing the accounts payable function, including processing and recording invoices, reconciling accounts, and responding to vendor inquiries
Ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciling accounts payable to the general ledger
Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience working in full function Accounts Payable within a large, complex company.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
