    Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Infrastructure team in Brisbane are looking for a Senior Consultant with Cost Planning and Estimating experience to work across a variety of different projects in the Rail, Airports, Utilities, and many more.

    We are looking for someone who wants to be a leader in the industry, deliver large and complex projects while also helping mentor the future generation.

    Job Description

    We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, from planning the future development across Infrastructure projects to site-based construction of individual projects, while helping the largest companies in the world.

    We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.

    In a Senior Consultant role, you will have knowledge in:
    Develop cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
    Ability to both estimate and manage a team of estimators.
    Conduct estimate assurance reviews and associate report writing.
    Leading the estimating team across a variety of Infrastructure projects, covering aviation, rail, roads, and utilities.
    Leading our existing key client relationships.
    Displaying excellence in service delivery leadership.
    Ability to undertake both cost planning and estimating and integrate with a team of cost managers.
    Conduct estimate assurance reviews and associated report writing.


    Qualifications:
    8+ years plus industry experienceFull working rights and be currently living in Australia.
    A recognized Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or similarInfrastructure experience prerequisite, especially with aviation or utilities.
    Track record of engaging and influencing clients at a senior level.
    Clear understanding of and ability to implement strategy for growth, with clear relevance to the local market context.
    Good leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
    Ability to produce resource-based estimates, top-down cost plans, or parametric cost models.
    Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
    Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation, and continued improvement.
    Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients.
