We currently have a rare and fantastic opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our
South Melbourne dealership.**In this role, you will become part of our City Mazda team, supporting our Sales department with coordinating new vehicle handovers / deliveries to our highly valued Guests.

About the role:

Coordinating car deliveries from preparation to delivery
Maintain contact with customers awaiting their vehicle delivery
Coordinate delivery dates with Pre Delivery teams and customers
Prepare relevant documents needed
Obtaining required registration documentation from customers prior to delivery
Promoting a range of aftercare products to new and existing customers
Work collaboratively with the cars sales team and F&I team
Preparing warranties and necessary paperwork for customers
Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers
Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPI's

Do you have?

Strong administration experience
Passion for providing great customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent multitasking skills
Ability to work autonomously
High levels of attention to detail
VicRoads online experience would be a bonus
