A novated lease is a way you can finance a new or used car. You can make your repayments from your pre-tax salary with approval from your employer under a 'salary sacrifice' arrangement. This may effectively reduce your taxable income. It may also allow you to bundle your vehicle's expenses into one simple payment.

Join us in this full-time permanent Sales Consultant role within the MMS.

About you

You are a sales professional who succeeds in a phone-based role. You may have sales experience in another industry.

We have a great 4-week training program to help you get up to speed with all that you will need to know about novated leasing.


You want a good base salary plus a bonus structure with uncapped commissions in an environment that supports your career progression.

You want a corporate sales role which challenges you to succeed and rewards you for doing so.

The Opportunity.

This phone-based role is located in the heart of Melbourne (CBD) (2 days) and your home (3 days.

For the first 3 months while you are training it will be 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

You will work with our direct novated lease customers, assisting them throughout the end-to-end sales cycle.


Supported by a centralised and integrated (database) CRM you will manage your monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), be given a monthly allocation of warm leads whilst also maintaining your own portfolio and sales pipeline.


You will bring:

  • Success in a phonebased sales role
  • Experience and comfort working to clearly defined KPIs and activity targets
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks according to timelines
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to overcome objections and find solutions
