The Sales Consultant is directly responsible for dealing with incoming enquiries as well as seeking out new opportunities for sales.
Our client is a market leader in outdoor swimming pools, and has a range of innovative products.Responsibilities will include;
- Greets all customers promptly; provides timely professional service.
- Completes customer paperwork promptly and accurately.
- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
- Organise and carry out a vehicle demonstration drive with all walkin customers
- Sales
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role.
- Exepceing in working with construction secor or buidklers highly souft.
- Full valid driving licence
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously when needed and work cohesively as part of a fastpaced team
- IT literate, and familiar with webbased process and stock management systems
- Professional & courteous manner with both customers and fellow staff
- Be punctual and reliable
