The Role


This is an opportunity to be the driving force behind executing the overall marketing strategy, focusing on building, managing, and engaging the community through social media and other communication channels.

The business is seeking a social-media-savvy and driven individual to join their passionate marketing team, offering an exciting and dynamic scale-up environment with fantastic career development opportunities.


This role is suitable for someone with 2+ years of social media experience who is tech-savvy and takes a holistic view of marketing efforts.

Previous experience using various digital platforms and the ability to bring content to life is essential


The Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Management_
  • Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to craft a social media strategy.
  • Design, distribute, and promote captivating social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Support the sales team with topnotch digital and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with agencies to create content for paid advertising.
  • Community Management_
  • Work closely with partners to onboard them onto the system.
  • Collaborate with partners to promote the company across their social media platforms.
  • Assist with events and trade expos to promote the brand to potential partners.
  • Digital Content Creation_
  • Create engaging content including reels, blog posts, advertisements, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager to bring content to life and capitalise on engagement with consumers

About You

  • Social media management experience (2+ years)
  • Techsavvy, experience with digital platforms such as Canva, Hubspot, Facebook for Business, Coschedule, and more.
  • A creative flair with a passion to learn and develop your existing skills, taking a strategic and holistic view.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
