Key Responsibilities:

Float role assisting in leading the prekindy room and covering lunches.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Contribute to the assessment and documentation of children's learning and development.
Actively engage in professional development and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Support the lead educator in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Enrolled in or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
A passion for working with young children and promoting their holistic development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a coteaching role.
