About The Role:

JVCKENWOOD AUSTRALIA is currently seeking a motivated Accounts Received Clerk to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services within a fixed 9-month term.

The main duties include processing and monitoring incoming payments and recording transactions with accuracy to secure company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Collection of indue and overdue invoices and allocate payments
• Release orders based on the credit limit and payment history
• Investigation of customer accounts and resolve queries
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
• Ensure adherence to monthend timetables
• Assist with streamlining all processes within the finance team
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Finance, Accounting qualification

Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year
