- Executing sales objectives by creating, building and maintaining LMG talent pipeline
- Find and engage sales leads using HubSpot to track all activity
- Recruit and activate new brokers
- Support successful onboarding of new brokers
- Training and development of brokers
- Represent Loan Market at various aggregator/industry events and networking events.
- Build trust and long term relationship with leading brokers.
- Present to large audiences of brokers and industry representatives
- Negotiation and preparing member agreements based on Company rules and guidelines.
- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
- Work with other teams including Account Managers and Operations to maximise revenue and strategic value
- Keep up to date with market and industry trends
- Drivers License
- Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- Degree Qualified desirable but not essential
- Min 3 years' experience in a similar road-based sales role
- Strong industry knowledge
- Financial services experience highly desired
- Residential/Commercial lending or related discipline
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Proficient in G-suite
- Fluent Communication in person, on the phone and in email
- Strong sales acumen
