  • Coach and mentor those around to help support your team's achievement of goals (personal and professional) while growing in their careers.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of engineering processes and ways of working at Tshirt.

Technical / Coding Responsibilities

  • Produce clean, scalable and testable code using React (NextJS), TypeScript and NodeJS to deliver on key business initiatives

  • Facilitate collaboration amongst software engineers, product managers and product designers to solve meaningful problems which are going to best serve our customers
  • Assist engineers to improve the quality of their teams' test coverage Actively engage in open discussions, code reviews and pair programming Use systematic debugging to diagnose all issues located to a single service and drive monitoring philosophy across the team
  • Approach all aspects of your engineering work through a security lens Play a key role in the Engineering team's timely delivery of high quality technical solutions

About You

  • You've got a big heart and you're passionate about making a difference You're a team player with a passion for people and technology
  • You have a proven track record of leading engineering teams in a crossfunctional context which deliver quality software products for end users
