FP&A Analyst, reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager. This is a permanent full-time role based in our Sydney Office and we offer flexible working arrangement.

As an

-
FP&A Analyst in the Planning and Reporting team, you will business partner with all LAU business unit teams to manage business performance and drive actionable insights. You will deliver timely and concise monthly performance reporting and use your analytical skills to identify risks and opportunities to business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide timely, accurate and concise management reporting to drive business performance
Lead nonmarketing overhead budgets build, tracking and reporting processes
Lead Overheads management of all functions
Adhoc requests/projects across group reporting or LAU finance
Present complex information in a simple concise format
Implement simplification of systems and processes to support continuous improvement

To be successful in this role, you will already have solid experience in a commercial role or in a senior finance or accounting role.

As a CA/CPA qualified professional, you will use your ability to generate insights to influence performance to really deliver value to our business partners.

With a focus on continuous improvement, you will drive the simplification of systems and processes within the commercial finance function and provide ad hoc assistance as required.
