ATLAS Recruitment have partnered with a well known commercial builder to find a passionate and enthusiastic HSE Administrator to join the team.


Working out of their offices in the inner SE of Melbourne, this entry level role will see you assist the HSEQ Manager in the administration of the HSE system, diving into documentation and their Hammertech platform to create a streamlined and usable system for all stakeholders in the business.


This role is a career starter for someone looking to specialize in HSE in the construction environment, and will naturally progress (with mentorship) to a HSE Coordinator role in the future.


The business is well known for developing their staff through to more senior roles and have a mixed demographic, offering a brilliant work environment where your career can thrive.

This is a full-time office role, with standard office hours


We are looking for:

  • An excellent eye for detail
  • Strong IT skills
  • Self starter who is passionate about developing knowledge, skillset and capabilities
  • Not afraid to get stuck in from day
  • Collaborative and curious nature
  • Able to problem solve
Your background

  • Degree of WHS or Diploma WHS completed or near completion (essential)
  • Willingness to pursue a career in construction
  • Demonstrated abilities in administration
  • Australian Citizenship / Melbourne Based
