To facilitate future growth and development, the role of Head of People, Culture and Safety is a key member of the executive management team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will develop and implement best practice services to the business and provide strategic advice, planning and partnering to the Executive team.

You will champion the OHS program and launch key initiatives relating to recruitment, training, performance management frameworks and organisational design, including systems and processes.


Your value is partnering with and providing mentoring support to the senior leaders to align the People, Culture and Safety strategies with business direction, ensuring a safe, highly productive and engaging work environment and culture.


We seek an experienced, motivated People and Culture leader with deep understanding of fast paced manufacturing and the ability to balance day to day operational needs with strategic planning, advice and risk mitigation.

Your team leadership, relationship development, mentoring and communication skills across key stakeholder groups will support your significant ability in contemporary people management practices.
