- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Planning and conducting testing (functional validation & user acceptance) and any subsequent workshops required
- Providing guidance on potential functional & technical issues/questions and make appropriate recommendations to product team
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis, ideally in logistics or supply chain domain
- Extensive experience managing the review and analyses of complex business processes and
- Demonstrated experience in improving business performance by adopting innovative business analysis solutions
- Demonstrated experience in managing Business Requirements and Acceptance Criteria through Jira or similar tools with Agile/Scrum processes.
- Extensive experience in BPMN business process mapping.
- Must be able to elicit the business processes, dependencies and requirements in order for the solution architect can design efficient and fit for purpose solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to establish effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, senior management and external parties
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Strong documentation skills, writing functional and technical requirement documentation, along with creating SOPs and training documentations.
- Sound knowledge of API, Web Service, Web Application and Service Oriented Architecture
- Experience managing UAT workshops

We are seeking a Business Analyst that will join our growing transformation team. You will work alongside other business analysts, project managers & various senior stakeholders to help act as a key conduit between the technology & business teams. You will be heavily involved in collecting and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis and running workshops in order to drive data focused business outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
This is a 7 month contract role.
