Join a leading property and retail business, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry. They are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join them on their exciting growth journey.

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the business strategy and key initiatives that will enhance operational efficiencies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies.
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
Develop and maintain business frameworks to support operational excellence.
Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies and frameworks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience with project management is a plus.
