$80,391 - $87,886 pro rata + 12.5% superannuation.

About the role:
This role contributes to the success of the City by being responsible for the coordination and delivery of the federally funded Still Gardening Program and is required to supervise staff and engage directly with program volunteers and program clients, ensuring that all aspects of the program operate successfully.
Role accountabilities include:
- Responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of all program components of Still Gardening, including but not limited to Garden Mates Program and Working Bees.
- Supervise the Still Gardening Program Officer to support program volunteers, including recruitment, retention, supervision and support, monthly meetings and workshops and administrative tasks.
- Responsible for initial contact and response to client enquiries, assessing client eligibility, undertaking client interviews and reviews and administrative tasks associated with client management.
- Market and promote the Still Gardening program, including updating the website and electronic and printed promotional material and resources.

- Advanced Diploma or Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline with some practical experience.
- Demonstrated practical competence acquired through a number of years of experience in similar coordination roles.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
