- Business partner the corporate support functions. Coordinate regular review meetings, provide analysis and perspective to support decision making.
- Lead the monthly forecast and annual planning process for the Corporate support functions and other corporate segment entities.
- Ensure effective planning to meet Group deadlines, liaising with functional areas to ensure relevant inputs are obtained in sequence.
- Proactively challenge assumptions, consolidate and present the Corporate position to relevant stakeholders, FP&A and ELT.
- Own the Corporate Cost Allocation (CCA) process with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management including corporate functional owners and segment finance teams.
- Determine appropriate allocation methodologies for the CCA and clearly articulate to stakeholders.
- Independently investigate, problem solve and exercise sound judgement to provide recommendations and support to the Group Manager, Corporate & Shared Services as required.
- Drive improvement of processes with onshore and offshore team including automation, process design and efficiencies.
- Enhance reporting to business units through use of technology such as Business Intelligence.

Our opportunity
As Finance Manager , you will be a finance business partner to the Corporate functions and be responsible for the delivery of informative financial insights, budget and forecasting cycles.
In this role you will:
Your point of difference
To be successful, you will have prior experience in management and financial accounting, preferably within Corporate Finance. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable stakeholder management skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders across the Mirvac Group. Appropriate tertiary qualification and CA/CPA accreditation or equivalent are a must. You have prior people management skills with the capability to engage, lead, and develop a team in a collaborative way. You possess well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to work autonomously and make considered recommendations.
