The Lumus Imaging team in
Ipswich are on the lookout for a
Full Time Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will assist with greeting, managing queries, checking in appointments and managing calls and other requests directed to the team.

This is a
Full Time Permanent position, working Monday - Friday with shifts between 8am - 5pm.

The main clinic you will work at is Ipswich, coverage may also be reuqired at nearby clinics dependent on business demand.

Full time paid training is provided on site at our Ipswich clinic.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
Make radiology exam bookings
General Clerical Duties
Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
