One of Australia's leading
Federal Government Departments is looking to engage a skilled and experienced
Change Manager to join their multidisciplinary team based in their
Canberra or Sydney Offices.

Our client is looking to engage a
Change Manager who can contribute to the strategic updating of the department systems.

The successful
Change Manager will secure a
contract to August 2023 with
extension options with a
rewarding pay rate.
The successful
Change Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Development of internal communications and change management materials to assist the department during its transition.
Provide recommendations / strategies for addressing current communications concerns and ensuring key stakeholders understand their role in planning and reporting processes and driving continuous improvement.
Timeline/roadmap for change management activities to support successful adoption of revised processes and overall strategic goal of building maturity in integrated business planning.

The successful
Change Manager will have experience in the following:

A proven track record as an experienced change management / communications all-rounder with experience in business planning, strategy and/or monitoring/evaluation.
Exceptional writing skills, and experience communicating with clarity.
Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence others, and an ability to work with significant autonomy as part of a small team.
