We are excited to partner one of Australia's largest and most distinguished for-purpose organisations to recruit a newly created position - Head of Business Partnering.

Headquartered in Melbourne, the organisation is change-ready and on an ambitious transformational journey, and now is unique time to join them and become a critical part of their success.


Leading a capable team of operational business partner managers, HR advisory & HR services team members, a key outcome will be to ensure service delivery aligns to the new organisation structure and enhance HR delivery via self-service strategies.

As the key customer interfacing team, you will inspire service orientation and change management in collaboration with COE functions, delivering services across highly successful business lines.

Working in a complex workplace relations environment you will support complex negotiations and matter resolution.

With a background that ideally includes human services, you have thrived working in a dynamic, transformational context that may have been post M&A.

Your experience will include impacting culture, operating models and org design, systems and processes.

With a strong technical competence and a passion for HR Business Partnering you will have positively enhanced (or implemented) an HR Business Partnering/ Shared Services model of HR delivery, leveraging digital solutions to enhance employee experience and support divisional success.
