We are currently working with a leader in the cloud computing education space who are looking for a Digital Customer Acquisition Manager to join their small, yet fast-growing team.


This position is a highly valued role within the wider scope of the organization and will see the right individual create, drive and manage the day-to-day customer acquisition through a defined digital strategy.


This role can be performed either from the office based in North Sydney on a hybrid working setup, or fully remote for those based outside of Sydney.

The role:

  • Developing strategic digital marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and deliver revenue growth
  • Leading the process to identify and explore new markets to support business growth
  • Building and sustaining key relationships amongst current customers and cultivate new relationships for future revenue growth
  • Designing and executing general gotomarket strategies for new products/services
  • Building endtoend user journeys within our marketing automation platform

Your experience:
years digital customer acquisition experience or in a similar role

  • B2B experience and understands the buying cycle and process
  • Preferably has experience working with marketing automation software, e.g Pardot, Marketo, or Mailchimp
  • Working with partners (freelancers, agencies & vendors)
