Harness your Customer Service, Retail or Admin experience within the corporate world as a

Trainee Case Manager.


As a Trainee Case Manager you will support people injured in the work place, guiding them through their recovery and return to work process.

Work with dedicated leaders and specialists who coach, mentor and support you with your professional and personal development, ensuring you are set up for success.

Once fully trained you will manage a portfolio of 50 claims - psychological and physical injury claims. This is a p

ermanent full-time role with the option to work in the office 2 days a week based in

Sydney CBD, Parramatta, Newcastle or Lismore.

The role:


  • Support people who have been injured at work and guide all parties (injured worker, employee, etc) through each stage of the claims process.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to manage treatment approvals, return to work and injury management plans.
  • Manage weekly payments and provider invoices.
