Our client is a highly successful international logistics company.

They boast a modern, vibrant working environment and the latest industry tools, allowing them to provide a true door to door service to a diverse range of clients to include importers, exporters, wholesalers, retailers and other forwarders.

A vacancy currently exists within their Import department for a vibrant, experienced and driven individual looking to come in and make the role their own.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Import Seafreight Operations and be reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Some key aspects of the role will include:

Lodging sea cargo automation
Chasing/collating required documentation
Liaising with internal/external carriers, overseas agents and shipping lines
Invoicing

This is a permanent full-time position.

To be considered for this position you must have previous Import experience gained specifically within International Freight Forwarding environment and EDI/Cargowise experience.
