    The CreditSupport Officer is an exciting opportunity in our VulnerableCustomer team based at our Perth CBD office.

    The purposeof the role is to take responsibility for the administration andprocessing of all customer credit and debt related activities. Themain priority of this position is to ensure the timely collectionof all outstanding debt and the accurate processing of creditrelated enquiries.

    Keyresponsibilities of the role include :

  • Monitor and process cancellation of disconnection and management of reconnection requests as required, including maintaining and managing relationship with Western Power Metering
  • Liaise with Synergy representatives, customers and third-party stakeholders to ensure optimum output and results for customers and Synergy.
  • Investigate and determine the correct course of action for complex customer queries regarding missing payments and other credit related processes, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain relationships with and provide third party back of house escalation support in a timely manner.
  • Manage calls from external; third party organisations regarding customer queries and premise connection status.
