About Lindsay Transport:

Lindsay Transport is one of the largest transporters of fresh produce and refrigerated freight in Australia and specialise in temperature sensitive, time-slotted freight into Central Markets and major Grocery Distribution Centres.

We operate a network of freight terminals with significant cold room facilities across Australia and employ a staff of approximately 1,500 workers.

Lindsay Transport is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the team based in our Brisbane Head Office.

Duties and responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received
Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met
Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Customer Service Manager
Previous experience in customer service as part of a busy fast paced team
Intermediate to advanced excel skills
Ability to prioritise high volume of work and work in a fastpaced environment
Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
Superior planning and organisational skills
Excellent time management skills
A genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer
