Description

Fortress is seeking a seasoned customer service professional to ensure the smooth running of our large, high volume repair facility.

You will provide and promote a strong service culture, responding effectively to customers and supporting the production team.


The role

  • Provide timely customer contact and effective follow through communications
  • Book repairs and assist with schedule management
  • Liaise with centralised key functions, suppliers and assessors
  • Timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of records
  • General reception and office management duties

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a serviceoriented environment. Insurance and/or automotive industry experience highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional and efficient service to customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
  • Experience with body shop management systems (I-Body advantageous).

Salary:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
