Job Description:


Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role will be responsible for providing supervision and support to the department administration team at HVO.

You will be the first point of contact for key stakeholders and visitors to site, so a passion for customer service is a must

About the Role- Provide guidance & support to administration officers on site with processes such as Procure to Pay (including Purchase Order and Vendor management) and Payroll- Provide support to Mining team with the preparation of monthly reporting and commercial analysis- Front of Office duties - providing a high level of customer service and effectively resolve queries

Roster and Location- Monday to Friday professional roster- Based on site at HVO (off Lemington Road)


About You- Qualifications in Business, Accounting or relevant discipline- Experience in a similar role with a strong focus on customer service- Experience with ERP systems including Procure to Pay i.e.

Purchase Orders, Receipting, Invoices and Payments- Commercial exposure and prior experience with SAP will be advantageous- Prior experience with Payroll processing- Leadership skills with experience supporting teams across multiple departments- Excellent computer literacy - advanced in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel- Problem solving and analytical skills- Ability to work autonomously and within a large team environment- High level influencing and people management skills- Exceptional attention to detail
