We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Sponsorship Specialist to join our team, This is a full time, permanent role, based in our Geelong Head office, with a hybrid working model offering flexibility to work remotely and in the office

About the role
We have a cross functional marketing team, including brand, digital, customer experience and media.

Working within the brand team, the Marketing & Sponsorship Specialist supports the delivery and execution of the GMHBA and frank health insurance strategic objectives and GMHBA's sponsorship investments in line with marketing and business objectives.

About you
To be successful you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (preferred) or a relevant degree in management, business, commerce, etc.
5 years+ experience ideally in a brand or advertising role.
Sound commercial and financial acumen.
Exposure to developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
Sound level of advertising experience and knowledge.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in working with crossfunctional stakeholders.
Excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills with a knack for analytics.

Highly desirable

Project management experience
Health Insurance industry and/or Health related experience or relevant industry knowledge
Adobe Suite skills and experience
