About the role


We have an opportunity to join a supportive team as a Scheduling Supervisor at our head office in West Perth for a permanent full-time position.


About you
You are someone who loves managing the flow of people and operations


You will also have:

  • A Certificate III in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field is required.
  • A Diploma in Human Resources of Business Administration is highly desired
  • Demonstrated knowledge of service provision, allocation, and compliance with contractual obligations to ensure quality service.
  • Prior experience in service planning and rostering is required.
  • Experience in aged care, health or community care would be an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and telephone skills.
  • Ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
  • Performance and delivery focused with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrates an understanding with MercyCare's policy and procedures in identifying and reporting of any risk and/or compliance related issues, hazards, concerns, or incidents (including near misses).
  • Experience in managing a team of schedulers including management of performance.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of your own safety and that of others in the workplace.
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence desirable but not essential.
  • COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required.
  • National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
