The Role:


With dual reporting to the Senior Director, Project Management Office (PMO) and Senior Director, People Digital, you will enjoy a fixed-term opportunity of approximately 12 months (milestone based for post hypercare) with the option to work from home or the closest local Worley office as suits you.

You will have a team of three Project Managers (and their teams) plus Experience and Change direct reports, all based mainly across APAC and Americas.


Responsibilities include:


  • Provide leadership and assume responsibility for the implementation of a defined technology program of work with three key People projects
  • Manage the successful delivery of technologyenabled business change inline with Worley project management methodologies. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program and project goals are reached
  • Provide input and approval at the Design Review Boards and other Boards
  • Track program progress, present and obtain program approvals and complete program status report requirements
  • Engage to remain informed on other Worley inflight and emerging programs/projects to ensure continued alignment and twoway communication on status, scope, schedule, risks/issues
  • Engage and manage effective relationships with vendors
  • Manage program resources and budget for maximum productivity and within program tolerances
  • Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders. Manage Risk and Issues Logs. Support escalations from Project Managers
  • Support Change Management by becoming a visible role model and sponsor for the overall program

About You
You are also skilled in developing positive and productive working relationships. With an approachable style, you communicate clearly and consistently. Action-oriented and motivated, you break down complex tasks into manageable ones to meet deadlines and stretch goals. You will continue to foster the strong relationship between I&DD and People.

  • Demonstrated experience managing a complex HCM/ HRIS program of work comprising multiple related and interdependent projects
  • Strong background (minimum 5 years) in successfully managing and delivering complex organisationalwide technologyenabled business change management projects, in a global or multinational organization
  • Welldeveloped leadership and team management skills, and experience in building and sustaining high profile multidisciplinary project teams to achieve high quality project outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence and connect with others and build positive productive internal and external working relationships, often remotely with both functional and technical teams
  • Knowledge of and/ or experience with People (HCM) processes and systems
  • A relevant qualification/ certification in Project Management or Change Management with a recognised professional body highly regarded
