About the role:

Join our successful and tight-knit team in our Bibra Lake Steel Centre branch.

This role will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with Infrabuild Steel Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.

Processing quotes and orders for our Account customers
Preparing reports & reviewing KPI's
Maximising sales opportunities & working closely with our Account Managers
General administration duties

About your experience:

You are a team player with an exceptional customer focus, strong attention to detail and you thrive in a busy environment.

You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to provide customer solutions and exemplary service.

Experience in customer service and or sales administration
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
