The Opportunity

This exciting role will report to the Transport Supervisor and aim to oversee the day-to-day trip operations for the Transport Service.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Generate the appropriate trips for Linehaul Drivers
Provide EWB support and ensure that daily trailer counts are updated each time a change occurs
Support the leadership of the Western Australian Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (WAHVA) Compliance for the operations
Professional and accurate communication and responses are provided to drivers / management / other departments
Coordinate trip, driver or fleet changes with the Fleet Scheduling Team
Provide support and coordinate the generation of Dog Runs
Compile and send daily reports

Skills & Experience

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to think on your feet and adaptable to change
Effective planning, organising and time management skills
Ability to work autonomously or within a team
