This role is responsible and accountable for the effective leadership of our Foodbuy Member Clients and in the deployment of structured and professional account and relationship management tools and processes.

The Client Business Manager will ensure ongoing client operational satisfaction, adherence and compliance to the contracted services and to work with both client and our Foodbuy teams to maximise the operational and financial benefits to both parties.


About You:


  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with business stakeholders
  • Experience with leadership in deconstructing & analysing situations and problem solving through to execution and closure
  • Able to demonstrate commercial acumen

The Role:


  • Taking leadership of Client relationship, holding monthly Client meetings, providing Foodbuy updates and addressing clients WITY
  • Leads and owns the structure/timeline on Foodbuy Member client mobilisations
  • Utilises Foodbuy resources and relationships to support benefit program development and outcomes effectively
  • Leadership in deconstructing & analysing situations and problem solving through to execution and closure.
  • Able to demonstrate commercial acumen
  • Positive Foodbuy team engagement, relationships and feedback
  • Positive adherence, both frequency and quality, of account management plans, processes and supporting documentation
  • Supports the development and continuous improvement of a structured and professional approach
  • Work proactively and efficiently with our Foodbuy Client Services teams to identify, develop and implement required strategies and activities to maximise Client compliance
  • Provide forward knowledge of operational movements/fluctuations that may affect product delivery, pricing variations
