About the Role

Inspire and lead your team to achieve high performance in sales targets, KPI's, & individual development
Meticulously monitor store sales to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
Efficiently operate your store focusing on engaging store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock levels
Effectively manage the wage costs in store, following weekly wage targets and company rostering standards

Skills and Experience

Retail management or experienced retail expert with a championship mindset
A motivated & driven personality who is comfortable in a highenergy fun culture
A passion for leading & inspiring a team to exceed sales and meeting KPI's and targets
Proven experience with stock control and visual merchandising
