Responsible for assisting the Director of Investments with national development costing to determine project feasibility as well as general fund administration duties.

Operating under the guidance of and to assist management, the purpose of the position is to manage development acquisition and bidding enquiries costing; preparing development feasibilities, receiving enquiries, managing workload and scheduling,, undertaking relevant due diligence, gathering and analysing key submission inputs, producing submissions and property strategy reports and presenting and interacting with clients and associates.

Administering the project bidding process for national development enquiries under the guidance of management, including but not limited to:
Receiving enquiries and taking responsibility for updating relevant systems (namely enquiry and asset management portals, including the creation of electronic files where relevant);
Analysing brief documents, meeting with and querying client representatives to ensure accurate client briefs are developed;
Briefing internal and external associates and stakeholders in regards to key submission/feasibility inputs and associated critical dates;
Organising and undertaking workshops with internal and external associates in relation to architecture, cost estimating and other key submission inputs;
Producing development feasibilities for review and workshopping with management and company associates/JV partners;
Compiling submission documents in a timely manner, allowing adequate review time for management and company associates/JV partners;
Organising review meetings and workshops with management and other relevant parties well in advance of any critical submission dates;
Meeting with and presenting prospective clients, associates and/or JV partners;
Assisting the management in promoting contact with client representatives to ensure the best chances of securing new business; and

Preparing investment packages for prospective investors.

Assisting management in assessing potential acquisitions and undertaking due diligence, including but not limited to:
Undertaking detailed market research directly and/or in conjunction with external parties (including briefing valuation and market research firms when required);
Creating due diligence budgets and tracking consultant performance and deliverables;
Engaging with, appointing and managing external consultants throughout the due diligence process;
Compiling due diligence reports that summarise key inputs;
Preparing investment packages for prospective investors; and

Preparation of development feasibilities for review and workshopping with management.

Tendering to consultants including producing a comprehensive analysis of the tenders and preparing a summary and recommendation;
Managing the consultant team including monitoring timeframes and reviewing consultant reports;


Salary:
$90, $120,000.00 per year
