    Job Description

    • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
    • Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and optimise financial performance.
    • Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

    The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
