You can use your creativity and knowledge to design and implement OD programs that positively impact our people across many sites Australia-wide.

About you

  • Applied experience in Human Resources fields such as organisational development, employee experience, inclusion & diversity; and /or human centred design
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline such as organisational psychology.
  • Change management and project coordination skills with the ability to forward plan and prioritise deliverables effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience writing company wide and senior leader comms, and creating presentation packs for internal and external meetings and events.
  • Demonstrated experience in translating research and data into trends and usable insights.
  • Ability to design, develop and deliver training solutions to a diverse workforce (including staff with language, literacy and numeracy considerations).
