Queen's Wharf Brisbane - The world-class entertainment precinct that captures the heart of Brisbane


Set for a staged opening in the second half of 2023, Queen's Wharf Brisbane will transform the CBD and river's edge into Queensland's newest entertainment and leisure destination.


Scores of restaurants, cafes and bars, the iconic Sky Deck 100 metres above the river with its 360 degree sweeping views and the open-air Leisure Deck sitting atop the podium and between all four towers will create new destinations for residents and visitors to enjoy.


The $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium - a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.


When complete, Queen's Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings and around 1,500 residential apartments.

Talent Sourcing Coordinators to join the pre-opening project team.


Two Talent Sourcing Coordinator opportunities exist.**
_ A permanent position and a 9-month secondment. _


Both roles will join our existing Talent Sourcing Coordination Team to assist in the support The Star Brisbane Talent additional hiring needs set for 2023.

This team works together with a variety of day-to-day recruitment support tasks and activities.


The permanent position will be located at our Gold Coast Office and the 9-month secondment can be either Brisbane or Gold Coast based.

Upon opening, the permanent Talent Sourcing Coordinator will join our Talent Acquisition team in the Gold Coast on an ongoing basis.


About your new role
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and pro-active Talent Sourcing Coordinators to join our centralised Coordination team.

In this role you will be supporting The Star Brisbane Talent Acquisition Team with a variety of day-to-day recruitment support tasks and activities.

Full training will be provided - you will be working alongside our team of passionate Coordinators every step of the way

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for tasks such as:

  • Prepare and issue Employment Contracts
  • Coordinate group interviews/info sessions and assessment days


You will also play a key role partnering with the project team, ensuring that all preopening work for the property is seamless allowing the group to open on time, on budget and achieve the business and departmental objectives ensuring operations are conducted in accordance with the highest standards.

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Experience in a high volume, customer facing role
  • Previous experience in an administrative role (advantageous)
  • Degree or HR Qualification/Certificate (advantageous)
  • Experience working in a centralised or shared services talent function (advantageous)
  • Previous experience in Applicant Tracking System (advantageous)
