ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is an Australian automotive institution that supplies some of the rarest and most collectible cars in the world.
In addition to their commitment to blue-chip and exotic vehicles, they are enjoying significant growth through the buying and selling of more mainstream cars.
Key responsibilities include:
- In conjunction with the Head of P&C, develop an L&D Strategy and calendar of L&D events that supports the business objectives.
- Develop the Dutton Automotive training calendar.
- Design and deliver blended learning solutions using a range of methods such as virtual workshops, content curation and elearning resources.
- Project management of our core Talent Development programs, including Onboarding; Sales Management, Financial Management and Mentoring.
- Responsible for the delivery of the new manager induction program to equip new leaders with the foundational knowledge and tools to lead effectively.
- Support Finance & Administration for the delivery of our Talent Development and technical programs, including salesforce, suga, eclipse, prework/postwork, program evaluation and management of learning records in our LMS.
- Support our Performance & Development Process by developing training material; and providing progress reports.
- Ownership of our Onboarding experience, including the continual review of learning resources, and processes.
- SME for our Learning Management system (EdApp).
- Provide support to teams for the initiation of new training programs.
- Identify new opportunities for program development by connecting with the wider business, and then take ideas from concept to delivery.
- Planning, coordinating and delivering customercentric learning initiatives for designated business units.
- Delivery of team member & leadership training programs including, but not limited to selling, buying, service, processes, systems, core leadership development.
Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of L&D and/or organisation development
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- Selfdriven and ability to work autonomously.
