Lead the full end to end recruitment process on varied roles at all levels of the business. Min 4+ years high level recruitment experience required.
Global company looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for delivering an end to end recruitment service to the business.
The role with partner with key stakeholders to develop strategic plans to proactively source, attract and maintain a pipeline of talent.
Ideally you will have experience sourcing for a wide range of roles at all levels as you will be recruiting Senior Director level and above.
This is a 12 month contract role.Responsibilities
- Effective stakeholder management of the recruitment service including maintaining a working relationship with business leaders
- Conduct resourcing needs analysis briefings with hiring managers to understand current & future requirements.
- Conduct confidential interviews and followup references
Selection criteria
- Minimum 4 years end to end recruitment experience in white collar complex organisations
- Demonstrated ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high quality service.
- Experience and success working with senior stakeholders in a complex and transforming organisation
- Excellent conceptual, analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements
