About the role

This is permanent job opportunity for an experienced
Data Modeler to deliver system transformation and legacy modernisation initiatives such as legacy DW migration.

This role also supports Data Strategy involving Big Data, Teradata and other associated Platforms.

The Data modeller will work with Data Governance, EIM & Other Architects, Business SMEs and SI resources, and will promote business alignment, reutilisation, scalability, simplification, and alignment with enterprise sources.

Technical skills & experience

Experience in
Data Warehousing, Data Management and Big Data (Hive, Impala, Spark is preferable).
Experienced Data Architect specialising in Data Modelling.
Handson experience Conceptual, Logical and Physical data models definition.
Data architecture definition and management experience
in Data Quality, Master and Reference Data Management Solutions

Experience in Business Technical Metadata Management
Strong database experience ideally in
Teradata, Oracle and in Data Integration/ELT tools such as Informatica, Data Stage.
