Full time permanent opportunity | Sydney

The role:

Reporting into the COO, we are seeking to appoint a collaborative, personable and experienced Technology Trainer to join our Sydney office on a full-time basis.

This role will form a critical part of our corporate services team and could include:

Providing instructor led classroom training to groups and individuals;
Assisting staff both by phone and in person with technical issues to best assist our technology support team;
Leading inductions professionally and efficiently;
Managing onboarding and offboarding of technology equipment with the wider Technology & People & Development teams;
Working with the training team to enhance and deliver best practise training;
Lead by example with following technology and security procedures;
Supporting and advising our staff, including problem solving assistance; across a range of identified areas.
New processes and systems implementation and training;
Writing and implementing training manuals for the firm;
Review and document enquiries and solutions for inclusion in Frequently Asked Questions;
Provide timely resolution and responsiveness;
Be professional, possessing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The successful applicant will use their initiative, be proactive, ambitious, capable and motivated.

An understanding of the professional services industry, legal terminology and legislative requirements is important, but not mandatory.
