About the client


Our client are a well-known supply chain and logistics organisation, with locations around Australia that supply 3PL warehousing and distribution capabilities specifically to their valued client.


Transport Allocator / Administrator, based out of our client's

Brisbane Southside distribution centre. This opportunity is an ongoing role with the potential to go permanent for the right person after 3-6 months.


Key Points of Interest:


  • Some previous admin experience required
  • No allocation experience needed, client happy to train
  • Transport allocation, load planning and general administration duties
  • Key duties of planning and allocating shift loads
  • Greeting and dealing with transport drivers
  • Organising driver consignment notes
  • Other associated duties as required
  • Varied shifts
- o 4am - 12pm
- o 6am - 2pm
- o 12pm - 8pm

  • Varied locations across Brisbane Southside
  • Potential temp to perm opportunity after 6 months
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite is highly regarded


  • Hourly rates

  • D/S $32.69ph & A/S $36.61ph + super
